Do I need an account to browse opportunities?
No. The full catalogue is browsable without an account. Sign up if you want to save programs to a personal list and get reminded as their deadlines approach.
Do I need to be incorporated to use Funding Discovered?
No. Many of the accelerators and pre-seed grants we list accept pre-incorporation founders. Each program’s page shows the funder’s own eligibility requirements — read them before applying.
Is Funding Discovered only for US founders?
No. We track accelerators, incubators, grants, and pitch competitions globally. Each program’s page shows where it’s open to, so you can see whether your country qualifies.
Why is Funding Discovered free?
We built Funding Discovered because the discovery gap hurts founders. The site is free to use. There is no paid tier and no trial.
What kinds of opportunities does Funding Discovered cover?
Accelerators, incubators, non-government grants, pitch competitions, and cloud credit programs. We intentionally do not cover SBIR/STTR, NSF, NIH, federal R&D grants, VC fundraising, or angel investor introductions — those require different workflows and different data.
How often is the program list updated?
We refresh program details, deadlines, and eligibility criteria on a regular cadence. Funding Discovered is in early development and we’re still tightening the schedule, so always click through to the source link on each program’s page before applying.
Does Funding Discovered apply to programs on my behalf?
No. Funding Discovered is a discovery tool. You apply directly on each program's site. If you have an account you can save programs to a personal list and get reminded as their deadlines approach.
Can accelerators see my account?
No. Your account is private. Accelerators and funders do not have access to our user database. The only time a program sees your information is when you apply to them directly through their own application process.
